Cool Cats is an Ethereum-based generative NFT collection launched in July 2021, featuring 9,999 programmatically assembled cartoon-style blue cat avatars, derived from a character designed by artist Colin Egan (Clon). The team behind the project also includes Evan “Elu” Luza (creative director), xtremetom (technical lead), and Lynqoid.

Based on over 300,000 possible trait combinations, each Cool Cat receives a “coolness” score that ranges from “Cool” to “Exotic,” with 66 ultra-rare unique tokens standing apart.

After a rapid public mint, the collection sold out within hours following a strategic mint price adjustment, demonstrating early commitment to community equity.
